“巻き”の構造による可変性を用いた、自分で形を“つくる”ことができるトレー。
陶芸のろくろ体験のように、トレーに置きたいものや入れたいものを想像しながら、ほんの少しだけ底を押し出したり戻したりしながらトレーの高さや形を吟味する。その実験的でプレイフルな過程は、ユーザー自身が作り手となる創造的な時間。個人がものづくりに関わる機会が限られている現代で、モノとの“進行形”の対話を生み出し、個々の感性に応じた豊かな体験を提供する。
This is a tray that allows you to “create” your own shape by using the variable nature of the “rolled” structure.
Just like the experience of using a potter’s wheel, you imagine what you want to put in the tray and what you want to put in it, and then examine the height and shape of the tray by pushing the bottom of the tray out and back just a little bit. This experimental and playful process is a creative time in which the users themselves become the makers. In today’s age of limited opportunities for individuals to get involved in making things, this project creates an “ongoing” dialogue with objects and offers a rich experience that responds to the sensibilities of each individual.
